In a world where quirks shape society, the line between “humans” and “monsters” has blurred. Those gifted with a heroic power have a chance at proving themselves – others are not so fortunate.
Among the newest generation is Kei Mouri; a teenager who is no stranger to misery. He lived as a human experiment for most of his life, until a stranger offered him a true act of kindness. It was a foreign concept to him. His story takes a turn when a pro hero decides to take him in. He makes it to UA somehow, where he finds people who can understand him – people that can help him grow.
Together, he and his newfound family are forced to navigate the complexities of their new lives in a world that thrives on power.
