The bill about opening doors to Yokohama and the rest of Japan has been successfully passed after hundreds of years. Both sides agree that the cooperation will bring benefit to each other even with the differences in worldview.
However, due to the skepticism of the many Hero citizens and Yokohama’s citizens, the government proposed a test-drive.
The pillars of each will send trusted members for tour and observation.
Yokohama required adult Heroes since they will be facing society while Japan required young Ability Users since they will be entering U.A.
