On his ninth birthday, Katsuki Bakugo’s quirk finally manifests, not knowing his life would be forever changed—setting off a ripple effect the whole world would eventually get caught in. His powers lead him to a lifetime of confinement at Kamino Ward, a harsh rehabilitation camp for “dangerous” quirk users.
Now sixteen and feared by society, having lived most of his life without contact from the outside world, Bakugo finds a way to escape the camp, but not without all the pain and suffering he spent years enduring. While on the run, he joins a group of outcast teenagers, including a green-haired boy with a burning compassion to help others, challenging his guarded nature. Hell, it challenged any beliefs Bakugo’s ever had, cracking away at his tough exterior piece by piece.
Forced to fight for freedom, Bakugo faces decisions that could cost him his only chance at a normal life again. He has to decide what he’s willing to give up. Too bad the world would soon learn that Katsuki Bakugo wasn’t a fucking quitter.
