Shouto comes from a very wealthy, yet strict family. His father never believed in throwing birthday parties, what a silly tradition. Eventually he stopped caring about it. Until one night, the power was out and all of class 2A were huddled up in the common room. Everyone passed around a flashlight and shared one secret about themselves!
"My dad never threw me a birthday party." Shouto says with a blank expression, pointing the flashlight at his face. The entire class gasped and there was a moment of silence. Even Katsuki was shocked.
It started off as a silly game in the dark, it ends with Shouto having the greatest party he could've imagined! Dance battles, weird drinks, Tenko fighting Hawks???? So intense.
