When the power and water supply is cut from Vault 001, Izuku Midoriya takes it upon himself to go to the surface and find the reason why. On his mission to save his vault, he encounters a cranky loner who happens to be going the same direction.
After leaving the Brotherhood of Steel, Bakugo Katsuki has been making his own way through the Wastelands, doing odd jobs for Shigaraki and the League of Villains (not well known for their subtlety). Curiously, Shigaraki's most recent demand was for a certain freckled Vault dweller to be delivered to him alive.
