Life for Izuku is simple. He works hard on his family farm, caring for animals and working the fields day in and day out. It's not an easy life by any means, but it's the only thing he's ever known. However, that all changes one sweltering summer when the circus rolls into town. Immediately, he's captivated by the bright lights and spectacular performances, but what really takes his breath away is the multi-talented star of the show, Bakugou Katsuki.
Izuku is immediately captivated by the aerial hoop performer's flashy pyrotechnics and finds himself head over heels before he realizes it. Night after night, he returns to watch Katsuki's performance, and when he finally gets to meet his favorite performer sparks fly. Izuku finds himself swept away by Katsuki's flashy, over-the-top personality, and quickly learns just how wonderful the world is beyond his tiny country town.
