'Izuku saw how much happier Kacchan had become over the last couple years. He watched as Kacchan's body slimmed down from the large form of muscle mass it was into something more elegant. Still muscled, but in a different way and softer. He watched as Kacchan's features became softer over time. He listened as Kacchan's voice became lighter, they still cursed up a storm, but their voice was lighter and softer.
So maybe he shouldn't have been surprised when Kacchan walked in the doors, but he was. The only reason he knew it was Kacchan was from the striking red eyes he had come to know since they were four, because the person who walked through the door was not the same skull shirt and track pants wearing man he knew, but instead an absolute gorgeous angel of a human being.'
Izuku gets to meet the real Kacchan at a bar, and he knows immediately that he needs to take her back home and explore everything about her.
