“I don’t know who you are, Katsuki!” He’s breathless now, “I know that you like it hard and fast, but I don’t fucking know you! This isn't how I usually do things," The desperation in his tone is obvious, it must be.
The car has stopped at this point, and Katsuki sits stock still in the driver’s seat.
Hitoshi runs his hands down his face and messes with the collar of his flannel in anticipation. He wants Katsuki to explode and get angry. At least that would mean he cares.
But that’s not what happens. Hitoshi hears the car’s locking mechanism click, and his head whips to the side to gape at the blond.
“I’m sorry, but you should go," Katsuki starts. He lingers at the end of the sentence long enough that Hitoshi takes the hint. He swings the door open wide, snatches his bag from the floor, and leaves the parking garage without so much as a glance behind him.
