Katsuki’s eyes lit up at the way the man barked back at him- it had been a long time since he’d been around a human who wasn’t afraid of him. That response was quick and snappy, likely brought on to become a knee-jerk reaction from a childhood of being put on a pedestal.
“No, but you are trespassing on my agreed-upon area, aren’t you, hunter?” His words were the softest caress across that freckled skin as he stood from his chair. The soft growl that Katsuki’s ears picked up was enough to tell him this man knew exactly what he was doing. Katsuki stuck out his lower lip in a mock pout, “aww, come here to kill the big bad devil, have you?”
