“What did you think was the answer to that antihypertensive question, ACE inhibitors or Diuretics?” Todoroki took out his notes for the test and showed it to Izuku. “I wasn’t so sure which medicine was the better antihypertensive.”

“Hah? Obviously diuretics.” Izuku hears Bakugo stride towards them, his hands in his front pant pockets. He’s ticked off, mainly because his friend group is wailing at a corner due to the difficulty of the test.

“But Kacchan! We all know ACE inhibitors are more effective.” Izuku says, taking out his own notes in the process and showing it to Bakugo.

Bakugo smirks. “The question asked for beginning hypertension monotherapy, meaning if the patient shows signs of hypertension but it’s not that bad then diuretics don’t fuck up their insides compared to how fucking strong ACE inhibitors are. It’s like giving someone a bazooka in a gunfight.”
