Bakugou Katsuki existed in two realities- one where Midoriya Izuku commits suicide as a result of his bullying, and a second where he is the Symbol of Victory. Those realities would rarely meet, until his nightmares came.
His guilt over his role in the death of his former classmate would wreak havoc on his life, and following a quirk incident, he must face the music. Face to face with what Izuku was going through in the last few days leading up to his death, Katsuki must make amends with who he was, knowing that there is no solution to what has already been done and that he cannot change the past.
Or: Izuku commits suicide in middle school, Katsuki goes on to become a pro-hero who never speaks of this incident, until a quirk accident transports him to the past and he is faced with his actions as an adult.
